Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Unused or lightly used products qualify for full refund
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at help@numbrrrzlipbalm.com with your order number
- Briefly describe the reason for your return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the product back to us (return shipping is on the customer)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want to swap scents? We're happy to exchange your order for a different variety. Same process — email us and we'll sort it out. Exchange shipping is on us.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at help@numbrrrzlipbalm.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return necessary.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products that have been fully used
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
